Meeting requirements

LWVSF needs 45 to 60 minutes to make a presentation and answer questions.
We should be the main speaker or scheduled first on the agenda.
Your meeting date should be within five weeks before Election Day.
At least 15 people should attend your meeting. If your audience is smaller, consider co-hosting with another group.

Optional: Donations are encouraged to cover the cost of providing this service. We recommend $25 or more for nonprofits and $100 or more for companies.
